Swedish massage
Swedish massage techniques vary from light to vigorous. Swedish massage uses five styles of strokes. The five basic strokes are effleurage (sliding or gliding), petrissage (kneading), tapotement (rhythmic tapping), friction (cross fiber or with the fibers) and vibration/shaking.
Neuromuscular
Neuromuscular massage is designed to stimulate soft tissue manual therapy in which quasi-static pressure is applied to soft tissue to stimulate skeletal striated muscle.
Myofascial Massage
Myofascial Release is designed to help improve blood flow, and treat muscle immobility and pain.
Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage techniques is designed to help aid recovery, and relieve tension from ailing muscles.
